Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for expense management within the company. I had used different other systems before where I have to mention so far I am impressed by the simplicity and how easy it is to understand the context within Webexpenses.
  • Reciept import and matching to expenses
  • Review process
  • Importing new expenses with the mobile app
  • VAT handling
  • App stability was sometimes a problem (had to clear cache)
I just had some minor issues with the mobile app which crashed and then "forgot" the credit card imports. It was easy to fix but I needed support from the support team who came up with an immediate solution for me.
As mentioned before I had some minor issues but they were immediately addressed and fixed with the first response. On the other side the team contacted me twice afterwards to find out if I was happy with the solution proposed. Very good!
I have not significantly changed the way of handling expenses so far.
My most important factors are the ease of use - so understanding of the concept of claims / receipts. The second major requirement I have is the import of expenses with the mobile app.
The other tools mentioned are usually harder to understand and both are quite slow in performance. What I liked more was the direct connection to certain apps / providers like UBER that helped directly import receipts.

It's perfect for expense management in small & medium businesses. I would assume it could fit for large enterprise as well. In my former employer we were changing the expense system 3 times over the years but all of them were very complicated to handle, slow in performance and usually not integrated with different devices.
