Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
We use Webexpenses in our business to track our expenses. As we are meeting clients and candidates often, we use this regularly either on the computer or on the app. A lot of expenses are input mainly for mileage, client entertaining, team rewards and other general expenses we incur with client visits.
- Track Mileage
- Easy submittal process
- App is very handy
- Map feature doesn't give option to use motorways etc
- Not always a relevant option available for expenses
- Adding receipts is difficult on the web browser
- Easy to track expenses
- Useful for seeing what expenses are being claimed
- See which categories are being expenses most
Yes it has been used for this process and makes it much easier. Everything is in one place and makes it easy to track and submit for approval. Usually it is approved quickly by the managers as they can quickly review what expenses are being submitted.
This means our expenses are processed quickly and easily.

This is from trainee consultants claiming back mileage to client visits and buying a candidate a coffee, all the way up to managing directors and CEO's booking flights, dining with clients and more.
The whole organisation of around 1400-1600 people as far as I am aware use webexpenses.

1 - I'm not fully sure of how many in-house staff we have supporting web expenses.
I imagine their is one or two contacts per business who are the key members of setting up new accounts and offering any support for the rest of the business.
As there are multiple businesses there will likely be one or two key contacts in each.
