Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
I use Webexpenses for putting through mileage claims or any receipts for parking or buying items for clientele. It works really well and I rarely face any issues with it. I have recently had a bit of trouble getting logged in due to the authentication process but it is good that the system is secure.
Pros
- Really good layout, easy use
- Good functionality of the map when making mileage claims
- Really easy to see the amount and total for each claim
- Really easy to keep track of claims and view previous/set up future claims
Cons
- Would be nice if claims could be organised into certain chronological orders i.e. ordered by date so I don't have to copy and delete claims when adding a claim in that has an earlier date
- Would be ideal to have an option to save full routes rather than just addresses maybe?
- Does save a lot of time, helps you to stay on top of claims
- Really good at keeping track of claims and ensuring you are getting the correct pay etc
- Makes it easy to log claims in the future and adjust where needed so that you can save time and don't forget to add claims
- Makes you feel like you have achieved more because you can see infront of you the amount of work you have done
All of it. Being able to use Webexpenses for mileage claims is really easy and streamlined. It is routine and we know that we submit claims on a Tuesday and receive pay on the following Friday. It does allow for streamlined action and saves time. It is simple for approvals to be made and for claims to be checked for any 'copies' or fraudulent claims.
Made it really easy for everyone to log their own claims and for these payments to be made. Makes it simple to check claims over and approve them. Means that individuals can log their own claims rather than automated computer systems doing this and making mistakes or for other staff to be overloaded by uploading other staff claims.
Allows for claims to be checked for any 'copies' or fraudulent claims. Allows for a clear analysis of claims and where money can be saved through optimising operations, allowing for increased visibility of spend and therefore allowing us as a company to have better staffing compliance.
Have not used other products before. But would not switch as Webexpenses works well for me and have no reason to switch to a different app.
