Pros

Fairly simple to use
Great features for lead gen
Baseline reports are useful
Seamless HubSpot integration api (PRO level only)

Cons

Embedding for different mediums can be tricky and challenging at times (may need a developer in some cases)
Video embeds can cause a few technical SEO anomalies (script cacheing)
Reorganizing existing video folder infrastructures can be a bit tricky
