Overall Satisfaction with Wix

Wix is a great resource for web page creation. It automates everything, and for all non-code users that want to create a web page, Wix is an awesome site to do it. Wix has been involved in several processes as a reference but it has been a great resource to follow.
  • UI is very handy and adaptable.
  • Price is relative for the service.
  • Not too many industry templates.
  • E-commerce platforms require a lot of permissions.
  • Easy to do maintenance.
  • DIY platform, saving on tech talent.
Wix can give the user great customer service or technical assistance when needed. I think that this factor can stack up against other competitors. Wix also provides a great tutorial for web page creation when you start with a template, every field of the web page is clearly explained and what its function is.
I would recommend Wix 100%, due to the fact that the marketing strategy that it gives to the customer makes you want to register for such a great site. It also has a great user experience, without putting difficulties on the site creation process. Wix really knows what the user wants.

One of the important factors that made us choose Wix was the key element of making a website in an easy way for personal use. The price had us go into Wix with all the premium features that any other web site creator will not offer. I believe Wix is the best option.
I would not change a thing. Wix, for me, is the best platform for website creation.

Wix Reliability

I give this rating to Wix because it's a great content creator. It has a great platform and also offers great customer service. If you encounter any technical issues, with Wix you will find a solution. For premium members or domain holders, this is the same as for Trial members or non-domain holders.
Premium users can use any feature for a great website. There is no limit, so the availability that Wix offers is vast.
Not complex at all. It teaches you how to use their platform in a dynamic way. Each tutorial offers an explanation that can be reviewed later on. The connection speed of a web page has been smooth so far, with no major problems regarding this subject. Overall, Wix can manage 10+ pages with great connection speed.
