Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

We utilize Workfront across our entire agency. We use it for time tracking, project management, creative reviews, resource management and project budget management. It has helped us centralize all business workflow data into a single system and forecast our resource needs for planning purposes. Every employee utilizes it every day.

Workfront offers more features than lower cost options, allowing us to scale our business and not have to shift with each jump in headcount. it also provides more financial data support compared to simpler tools. It integrates into accounting software as well.
Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Emburse Nexonia, Paycom
Workfront is well suited for mid to large creative-driven agencies. It is less useful for small or consulting-based firms. It supports waterfall project management well when you have a clear, linear process for a deliverable. It is more difficult to utilize in an agile environment. It is well suited for simple rate cards but does not adjust well to high variety of rate cards/structures.
