We have used Wrike for many years for many different tasks. One of the main success stories was using Wrike to convert our Change Request process from Excel worksheets to digital-driven Wrike task lists including reporting. This allowed a one-stop shop for all changes with visibility to all members of what was open and overdue.

At one point we investigated other options as a cost comparison. One of the trials was with Smartsheet. It has similar features but did not seem as user-friendly as Wrike or as cost-competitive.
