Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Wrike to track marketing projects from start through completion. From events and collateral through branding updates and website projects, Wrike helps keep us all on task and driving toward the same goal.

Pros and Cons

Keep users informed about projects.
Tracks status of disparate projects.
Gives management a high level view of the team's workload.

Sometimes certain view types can be difficult to edit tasks.
Can be fiddly with setting and updating due dates.
Requires time to manage the to-do list, and isn't fast enough for daily use across all projects.

It's been positive as we're better able to keep tasks from falling off the list.
Wrike has helped make management more comfortable about where we spend our time.

It's useful for our team when we need to tackle a new large task. Recently we had a brand update and it's been invaluable to track all of the assets that need to be updated for the brand shift and keep track of all of the web pages that need to be touched.
