Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We choose to implement Wrike to improve process workflow. We had about 3 business groups that needed to constantly hand off tasks to one another, and we didn't have a system that was good enough to track progress, and status and keep up with the amount of tasks. We then found Wrike and did a pilot that was very successful in allowing us to track each task from beginning to end. Nothing gets lost or forgotten. We then rolled it out to a broader department, and now a whole bulk of business units are on the platform managing workflow.

Workfront was NOT user-friendly. It required extensive customization and user feedback was that it took a lot to upskill to use. Wrike won in the ease of use for our people.
