Company-wise, we use Wrike to track a variety of business functions - some examples: recording issues and resolutions within our accounting software, company credit card requests and changes, and new item set-up workflows.

Pros and Cons

Notifications are easily customizable.
It's very user-friendly, and not confusing to navigate the site.
We can create pretty detailed and complicated workflows in Wrike, which works great for accounting in the food manufacturing industry.

In food manufacturing, we are often creating new products. We have an extensive workflow for this process, with several different tasks and people involved. Wrike is very helpful for us to keep track of where we are in the process of creating new products. It's clear whose "turn" it is during this process, and way better for tracking than simply emails, which is how we communicated previously.
