Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to manage creative projects across our brand and our 33 individual properties. With many stakeholders and local information to wrangle, Wrike helps us communicate across teams and manage deadlines.
  • Allows for custom dashboards + to-do lists
  • Makes messaging easy
  • Allows for on-asset commenting
  • Can't assign tiered due dates to tasks/projects
  • Takes a lot of trial and error to figure out how to organize
  • Uninspired support from Wrike team
  • We're able to take a wide view of all the projects happening across the team.
  • We've been able to easily duplicate projects, saving our team time.
Wrike has more features in terms of live feedback and setting up auto-workflows vs. Basecamp. I would prefer monday.com to Wrike, but this is the tool my company already had.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

No

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

No

It's fine, but I've used other tools that help manage projects better, especially in terms of setting workflows with multiple due dates. That's my biggest issue with Wrike, honestly.
