Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I use Wrike with my brand's SEO agency. They maintain the Wrike account and we are assigned jobs in specific Wrike tickets to complete.

- When tickets are assigned in Wrike tasks to a specific person. Sometimes is not as clear as I would like it to be in the actual ticket. This might be the way we use it, but an issue I have had.
- It's confusing when a change is made to the task and it's included in the thread of that task. For example: status of the task changed to complete from Ready for QA is actually in the same thread as the rest of the communication. I believe those should be statuses at the top of the task that just change when they are updated there.
- I utilize Wrike as a partner, so it does not directly provide an ROI, but it has contributed to a significant increase in sales to a new product category we launched last year.
They all are fairly similar. I did not select Wrike as an option, our agency partner did and I can't say that I like or dislike it over the others.
