Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I use Wrike for all of my project assignments. It's an excellent way to keep track of my progress, add files for ease of use, and take notes related to the project at hand. Wrike has an easy to follow AI so even if you don't get a run down of the tool you can jump in and figure it out as you go. It's also a great tool for collaboration between coworkers and departments. You can simply add a person to the project or @ them and they'll be able to view your task.

Pros

  • Track work
  • Team collaboration
  • Status updates

Cons

  • The app version could be more reliable
  • Too many broken links
  • App crashes
  • Reviews
  • Timemanagement
  • Project completion
Easier to use than monday.com. monday.com's interface was a bit more complicated to get used to and I never really did. Also to explain it to others it just wasn't as simple and straightforward like Wrike is. My time with monday.com was short lived. Wrike has a better interface and is simple to use.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Great tool for project management, and to share updates. Wrike is extremely easy to use for all members of a team. The layout is simple and truly easy to follow. It's ease of use can be one of its biggest pros. I create marketing work so when its time to have my colleagues review my work it so easy to drop it in the task and @ my managers and coworkers and receive feedback in that same task.

Wrike Mobile App

I use Wrike’s mobile app to stay connected with my projects when I’m away from my desk. It helps me quickly track progress, review updates, respond to comments, and share or access video/graphic files. Checking task statuses and communicating in real-time streamlines my workflow and ensures I don’t miss changes or deadlines. It’s an essential part of my day-to-day routine, especially when juggling multiple video projects or needing quick input from teammates.
The features I use most are the task list view, comments, and file attachments. I rely heavily on these to keep track of video project timelines, share drafts or final cuts, review feedback on the go, and keep track of approvals. Notifications are also critical for staying updated in real time.
The most valuable features to me are task management, comments, and file sharing. These keep my video projects organized and allow me to collaborate efficiently with teammates. Reviewing feedback, uploading new versions, and responding to questions from my phone helps me stay productive even when I’m not at my desk. It reduces delays and keeps everything moving forward smoothly.
To me, Wrike is simple and easy to use. The interface is clean, and I can quickly access tasks, leave comments, and upload files without digging through menus. I gave it an eight because while it works well for most things, specific actions, like managing large video files, can be a bit slow or limited on mobile.
Yes, Wrike’s mobile app has definitely helped me stay connected and productive. I can check project updates, respond to comments, and share files even when I’m away from my desk. It keeps my workflow moving and helps me stay on top of deadlines without needing to be at my computer.
I learned that mobile access to projects boosts responsiveness and keeps work from stalling. Even quick check-ins can make a big difference.
Yes, I’ve started using it more over time for quick updates and file sharing. I rely on it more now to keep things moving between meetings or while traveling.
