Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Scheduling tasks to be performed currently and in the future with reminders. I also store instructions for tasks done infrequently with attachment reporting for reference. HR data is recorded and stored for easy access. Many procedures are stored in wrike for easy access because I can add notes and examples. Many items are entered if researched to note outcome and reasons for decisions made in case those decisions are questioned later.
Pros

- search capability
- sharing of data
- items shared between tasks and projects... Love this!
Cons
- reminder notifications - not sure what date it will remind me
- view preferences - I want the list view always but do not know how to set that.
- not enough time or brain to be able to know everything that Wrike can do.... my problem :)
- It is helpful to have a place to store data and know for sure that it will not be lost.
- I use Wrike to help me accomplish my daily tasks.
Teams does not compare. Search is not as robust as Wrike.
