Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike for its main two intentions of Project Management and team collaboration. Main business problems we typically address using Wrike are bug fixes, product and adjustment requests to development team. With bug fixes specifically, we will send a the issue via a ticket request/submission to our development team in Wrike. Others coming across the same issue are able to find the ticket easily through search, add to the ticket their experience, and collaborate altogether. The status feature also lets us know and keeps us updated on the nature of the problem or project, and where along in the process the project or problem is at.
- Keep track of where/how far along the project is
- Notify collaborators when edits/adjustments are made to task
- priority management
- Tasks can get a bit lost if you have a lot going on
- Prioritize notifications based on campaign/project would be nice
- Request forms are pretty basic
- Has helped manage and solve issues in regards to our system products
- Helped add value to our product by linking a suggestion box for users to our Wrike
- Prioritization feature could be better so we are better able to hit all targets/requests
Asana is more intuitive and I found it to be more robust. It has a cleaner interface that is more seamless and readable, (when you add a comment to a task it isn't one giant scrolling timeline to look through), and it has more options in terms of integrations go. I think Asana has more to it than Wrike but Wrike can be very powerful in terms of team collaboration and task managements.
