Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

There are approximately 50 people that do the same job as I do. I have been in this position for 30 years and for as long as I can remember, we have always struggled with how to track and monitor people's work. The nature of what we do is unique, and despite that, Wrike has allowed our company to develop specific blueprints that outline every step of what we do. This is extremely helpful, and marks the first time we have truly been able to track projects, as well as monitor completed work. Wrike is also extremely helpful in onboarding new employees, as each step of the process is outlined, and is easy to follow within Wrike.
  • Outlines each specific step of our process.
  • Instructs users on how to complete steps, and where to find help, if needed.
  • Tracks projects from beginning to end.
  • Gives us quantifiable data regarding how much work is on hand, and how much is being completed.
  • Allows users to customize their experience, tailoring it to what suits each employee best.
  • Has been critical in almost every aspect of what we do. Every small job or outlying task, can somehow be worked into Wrike.
  • While the customizable features are wonderful, it's still hard for people to figure out how to completely utilize their Dashboards to make them their own, and include specific features.
  • The layout is sometimes overwhelming, putting a lot on the screen in front of you at once.
  • I still find navigation confusing. Even with my personal Dashboard pinned, I have trouble returning there when a task is compete.
  • The most positive and profound impact has been the ability to track work. No longer can anyone hide behind misleading spreadsheets and pie charts. Wrike very clearly presents who is doing what.
  • For the first time, we have a system that is customizable for our complex work process.
  • All staff have a single source of truth in Wrike. Everything is there and everyone can see workloads, deadlines, etc.
  • New employees have another resource to help train them on our process.
I do not have experience with other products.

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is fantastic at outlining each and every step of our process. Large steps can be broken down into smaller and smaller steps, while small steps can include specific instructions or checklists to verify everything is done the same way by everyone, and that everything is done correctly.
Wrike is also extremely helpful for newly hired employees, just learning our process. We have user manuals that explain what we do, but Wrike helps them get real work experience and tells them exactly what to do next.
Wrike is less appropriate at a managerial level. I'm not sure exactly what managers and reviewers see when accessing Wrike, but it seems like sometimes they have difficulty navigating they system because they don't use it as frequently.
