Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I consult for the Marketing Department at a financial services company and we use Wrike to manage all Creative requests. These requests include writing, design, photography and video. We use Wrike to input jobs through Creative Briefs and request forms, assign jobs to various team members and route all work for review and approval from creative approval through compliance review. Wrike is easy to use which is great for onboarding new employees or freelancers and works well with others who don't normally use Wrike. It has been a great solution for managing creative work as well as forecasting work and creating marketing plans for the year.
Pros
- Great for kicking off jobs and assigning to team members
- Great for proofing and content review
- Great for organizing work in one space
Cons
- Would like to see more partnerships with other software companies.
- Some improvements take a while to implement - there's a long sprint for changes.
- Great project and task management
- Decent job of resource management
I feel that there are similar competitors to Wrike that have their own positive and negative traits, but feel that overall Wrike stands out in terms of ease to use, organization and special features.
