Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Wrike to stay informed about where projects are in process. I find it somewhat helpful to use but there are too many email notifications when comments are made. I don’t know of any business problems it addresses other than tracking multiple projects going on at the same time.

Search tool isn’t very intuitive.

I have had to spend too much time troubleshooting notifications
I have spent too much time locating files outside of the notifications.

Alternatives Considered

monday.com

Wrike is more complex than monday.com. I would choose Monday over Wrike in most cases for tracking projects and resource management.

It is helpful to receive some email notifications when a project is ready for me; however, sometimes I do t receive the notification until later in the day. For a deadline-driven environment, these alerts should be immediate. I like the ability to compare different versions of documents side by side but would really like if you could search for any previous file within a project.
