Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike for project management for legal contracting workflows, client reviews and commentary. The product addresses business problems related to working cross functionally across departments in a complex organization with multiple simultaneous priorities. We utilize the product for tracking completion and assigning responsibility for action items to the correct business associates.

We likely haven't used all of the features to the best of their ability, but what we have used has helped us implement workflows that work for our team well.
Wrike is more robust than Trello with more features, but does have a steeper learning curve

Wrike is well suited to tracking multiple projects, or multiple components of a single project throughout various stages or phases of completion. It also works well with cross collaboration across departments. Wrike is more challenging for projects with long timelines for a single task where lots of activity may be happening within one single stage. That's where it can be messy and hard to track. Wrike's search functionality is also not super effective.
