A great tool for Project Management which can bring comfort to your business.
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I use Wrike as our full-time project management tool at my company. We also have Jira, but we wanted to include Wrike in our tech stack because of its project management capabilities and the extent of automation and customization it provides to its users. Our stakeholders are pleased with it, as it is the only tool they have to rely on for all their projects and tasks. All the automation and request intake processes are set up so smoothly that it eases the work for everyone.
Pros
- Project management capabilities.
- Wrike automation using Unito.
- Connection with third party automation tools and availability of API endpoints.
Cons
- Wrike automation using Unito is very buggy as it breaks a lot.
- More automation features should be added in Unito.
- Documentation and troubleshooting content could be improved.
- Wrike has improved our resource management significantly.
- Wrike has improved the request intake process for us.
- One negative impact of using Wrike is that we had to include Workato for some customised automations, which were not supported by Unito, but this can be on a need-to basis.
Yes, I have utilized the AI and automation features offered by Wrike, as we have several automations and workflows running, which also include connections with other applications, such as Jira, Marketo, and Salesforce. Still, I should say that the in-house automation features are not suitable for all kinds of customisations; therefore, I had to use Workato in between for some custom solutions.
Jira is a great work management tool, but I started using Wrike, especially because of its project management capabilities and the AI and automation features it offers. We had several automations and workflows running, which also included connections with other applications like Jira, Marketo, and Salesforce. Wrike has performed exceptionally well in specific cases, such as request intake, ticket management, resource management, and tracking.
