Wrike
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to manage project resourcing, particularly for teams that work on a project basis. Wrike has allowed us to collaborate in one single place, making it easier to provide visibility to multiple stakeholders. Most importantly, all versions of work and conversations on a single project are centralized, making it easier to adapt to changing project needs.
Pros
- Keeping all files and discussions in one place.
- Frequent updates and ease of access for all stakeholders.
- Interface is great - easy to find things, easy to onboard.
Cons
- Resource tracking could be made easier.
- Document storage - not just within the chat/conversation of a project but a single place to keep documents.
- Project timeline tracking could be made easier with Subtasks.
- Time savings.
- Increased collaboration.
- Improved resource management.
We haven't used these extensively yet, but we have seen features that allow for this optimization. We're excited to try it out soon and have our teams leveraging more workflows that increase efficiency. Being able to summarize project status without having to go through conversation threads and subtasks would be a great benefit in overall project management efficiency.
We use both monday.com and Wrike. While Monday does have a better user interface, Wrike allows us to have more visibility into tasks where multiple people are collaborating. And also to receive project brief-ins and requests for new projects. We use both differently and I would say for us Wrike is more the collaboration tool than the day to day individual task management tool - and it works great.
