Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use it as a managing of tasks tool . Assigning various teams in our agency client and internal tasks.
Pros
- Workflow
- Helps give a source of truth for a request
- Easy to communicate with teams
Cons
- Sometimes different folders are hard to find. It would be nice to have a search function on the homepage
- The auto generated emails could have titles that are a little easier to read. They all look the same and sometimes you miss emails due to that
- Those are my only two complaints! :)
- Saving time of employees
- Causing less friction between teams
- Communication
I think Wrike is better than both because it gives you more fields to clearly explain what is needed. I also like the email automation better on Wrike.
