Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use it as a managing of tasks tool . Assigning various teams in our agency client and internal tasks.

Pros

  • Workflow
  • Helps give a source of truth for a request
  • Easy to communicate with teams

Cons

  • Sometimes different folders are hard to find. It would be nice to have a search function on the homepage
  • The auto generated emails could have titles that are a little easier to read. They all look the same and sometimes you miss emails due to that
  • Those are my only two complaints! :)
  • Saving time of employees
  • Causing less friction between teams
  • Communication
I think it's easy to navigate for the most part. Easy to find what you're looking for.
I think Wrike is better than both because it gives you more fields to clearly explain what is needed. I also like the email automation better on Wrike.

Wrike is great for a project management tool. Anything project management related.

I don't think it's useful for somewhere to ideate.
