Wrike Best TasksProjects Management Tool for Large Organizations
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I use Wrike to manage complex projects and log various tasks within my organization. As the organization I work for is very large (9,000+ people globally), using a task/project management tool like Wrike is essential to keep teams organized and meet deadlines. When we evaluated other tools, Wrike stood out by being the one with the best features and UI so we knew its internal adoption would be easy.
Pros
- Logging tasks with great details
- Organizing dependencies
- Displaying tasks in visually appealing dashboards or calendars
- Integrating seamlessly with other tools
- Allowing large and varied attachments
Cons
- Screens can be a bit busy to read sometimes
- Notifications are a bit hard to tailor
- Loading can be a bit slow sometimes
- Better overall productivity across the organization
- Better efficiency processing tasks
- Better transparency about business goals
We use a Wrike's automation features to mainly speed up the creation and assignment of tasks across the organization but also to maintain consistency in terms of processes and data structure. We haven't used Wrike's AI features a lot yet but want to get into these more to further improve efficiencies across teams and get actionable recommendations (especially in terms of workflows improvements).
- monday.com, Atlassian Jira and Trello
We decided to go for Wrike as opposed to the products mentioned above because it was the most comprehensive and user-friendly option for us. Once again, in our opinion, Wrike had the best UI, features and workflows available on the market and when it was demoed to us, we knew that getting our staff to use it properly wouldn't be an issue.
