Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We are a marketing team and we have multiple request from different departement and other brand that we work with. Wrike help us reunite all those request in a way more manageable way and we can focus on what's important.

Blueprint are especially useful to create new task faster and the form request that we can customize is essential to filter request. Also, having a team that a specific modification on artwork, video, etc it's essential to have a flexible way to pinpoint those with the comment feature of Wrike.

Being able to literally point out a modification in a video timeline is time saving.

Custom board too are super useful, for I use it to filter my task by favorite and when I'm no longer needed in one i just unfavorite it and it leave my custom board, freeing up my list but still present in the master task list if i need it.

Pros

  • Classification
  • Precise comment function on file
  • Approbation function
  • Custom board to follow work load fitting your need

Cons

  • Try having less sub menu for thing, is sometime difficult to navigate
  • For custom board, make it more fluid to move task order manually
  • If you could add a function to rewrite embed comment of a PDF in Wrike instead, that would be gamechanger
  • TIme saving thus cost saving
  • Overall moral boots, having a efficient tool help!
  • Reduce the need to interact on multiple platform
Not using them yet, it need alot of setup to make it work great and need supervision at first to be sure it does the right thing. The team need to eventually test it, but I didn't see much ad inside the platform concerning those AI function. Maybe push it a bit more depending of your client use of Wrike?
I'm a graphic designer and Wrike juste make my workflow easier. I don't have to look a hundred of email to find the one info I need, I just have to look at the task description and everything is here. It's easy to approve work and to follow my day to day job.
It does everything better in terms of organization and workflow. But, Slack has built in call. It's the only missing peace for Wrike. If I could call people from Wrike, it will remove the need of team and other call platform. But for the rest, Wrike feels to me like the better option.
