Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used in my organization to submit requests between departments and to hand off work between them. Wrike's status tab lets requesters see the progress of their request in real time, as well as other collaborators working on the project. This keeps all members accountable, and the comment sections facilitate smooth, effective communication.

- Automation decreased labor cost.
- Decreased workflow time.
Wrike automation receives a request and automatically assigns it to the user it belongs to. This saves users time by eliminating the need to surf through requests and manually assign them to a department. Wrike also automatically sends an email to the user notifying them of the new task they were assigned, in case the user does not log in to the Wrike application. Lastly, users are automatically notified of deadlines so the task can be prioritized.
