Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike for project management. Specifically on my team, we use it to keep track of all of the projects that are upcoming, in progress or complete and allows me as a manager to look at the status and also discuss them in team meetings. We also have used it to manage requests for other teams in the organization to get support on different projects.

Pros

  • project tracking
  • prioritization
  • keeping people on track

Cons

  • ability to make comments more clear
  • tag in people for approvals
  • get alerts outside of Wrike
  • improved collaboration
  • improved quality of work
  • more efficiency in tasks
I have not yet used these features but would be interested in doing so. I have not seen anything on how to best incorporate it into our workflows.
Once you know how to use it, it is great, but it does take some time to figure out how to use all of the features. It's not the most user-friendly right off the bat and unless you dig into things you could be missing out on a lot of features.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is well suited to help keep track of projects, prioritize, and help management check in on status of things even when there aren't status meetings. It is helpful for managers to also be able to assess bandwidth of team members. It is not the best place to bring up barriers to projects and ask for help to remove those barriers.
