Overall Satisfaction with Xactly

Xactly Incent is easy to use and works well out of the box. The reporting works very well with little customization and no assistance from our IT department. It is very easy to make changes and re-calculate payments in very little time. Analytics also allows for good custom reporting. We used Incent to publish on-line quota letters and track employee confirmation of those letters. That process was simple to learn and it went very smoothly. We are just starting our second year using Xactly Incent and had very few issues getting the system up and running. I have very few complaints about Incent and have been very happy with it overall. Most of our sales reps access Incent via a tab in SFDC with no additional password required once they are logged into SFDC. I would say the general feedback from our sales reps has been very positive. From an administrative standpoint, I find Incent very easy to use and have been very happy with it as well. I would like to see Incent handle more complex territories. I am aware of the Territory module but have not used it. The Territory module may address any concerns around complex territories but I would like it to be part of the standard Incent offering. I would recommend Xactly Incent as a very good product. It works well from day one as a complete product that includes the engine to calculate commissions & bonuses as well as reporting, analytics, and plan/quota confirmation.

  • In terms of ROI, I couldn't be happier with Incent. It provides our sales force and management with quick and easy access to performance information. The cost of using the product has been kept low due to our limited need for IT resources (even for reporting).

We found that most other products require substantial configuration and consulting costs to get up and running. Most competitors offered no reasonable reporting out of the box. As we looked at Xactly Incent, we were impressed with how well the reporting and other functions worked with very minimal customization. We believe that Xactly Incent allowed us to get the solution implemented at a much lower cost vs. their competitors. We were also impressed with how easy the product is to use. There were other products out there that require long wait times before updated data becomes available. Incent allowed quick and easy updates to payments in a short amount of time.
They have provided good customer support. We have been very happy with Xactly as a company.
I would absolutely encourage a company similar to ours to use Incent. It has provided a solution that has worked extremely well for us while keeping expenses as low as possible. For companies that have extremely complex plans/territories, I would encourage you to evaluate the product to ensure that all plans can be handled in an acceptable manner. I believe Incent is the best product out there for most companies.
