Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

From plan document management, sales reporting, commissions calculations to audits. One division of our sales organization and commissions department uses this product. It provides a detailed statement of payments for sales.
  • Document Management: build and design sales compensation plans
  • Credits results: very detailed information for all types of transactions in Xactly
  • Incentive compensation statement: can see quotas, credits, payments and any adjustments
  • Better Word format for document management - issues with HTML
  • Forecasting for annualized revenue
  • Multiple calendars in calculations commissions that go past the normal calendar year
  • More frequent education for user of Incent, Analytics, or Modeling than every other month.
  • Build a better relationship with customer service, where perhaps a certain group is dedicated to account by size or industry
Xactly is leader over Callidus and Callidus was a bit too complicated to follow and to implement I question the easiness of it.
Inquire about the details of credit, quotas, payments and bonus transaction, it should be viewed as a bank statement. All information should be in one place to see details of sales activity.

Initially Xactly Professional Service implemented Xactly at TriNet. When I came on 3yrs ago I used Solution Partners, to enhance and improve the product to fit TriNets requirements. I have used them for 3 times for implementing & modifications.
