From plan document management, sales reporting, commissions calculations to audits. One division of our sales organization and commissions department uses this product. It provides a detailed statement of payments for sales.
Pros
- Document Management: build and design sales compensation plans
- Credits results: very detailed information for all types of transactions in Xactly
- Incentive compensation statement: can see quotas, credits, payments and any adjustments
Cons
- Better Word format for document management - issues with HTML
- Forecasting for annualized revenue
- Multiple calendars in calculations commissions that go past the normal calendar year
- More frequent education for user of Incent, Analytics, or Modeling than every other month.
- Build a better relationship with customer service, where perhaps a certain group is dedicated to account by size or industry
