Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Xactly incent on a daily basis to calculate commissions, view sales compensation statements and to audit the pay to % and $ amounts. Our entire team loves Xactly and we all are so dependent on it that we feel as though we cannot perform our commission department duties without it.

Detailed commission statements that can be customized to your sales org needs.
Drill down capabilities.
Accurate calculations and dependable server support.

Cons

During annual planning and updates it would be great if Xactly sent over a business analyst to help.
Customer support is not very helpful, after several voicemails they respond and always give us the same answer that they are working on our ticket.
