Being used throughout the company for sales tracking and commissions. The goal is to give easy access to commissions and bookings to understand what we are being paid.
- Easy to get to.
- Not overly cluttered UI.
- Easy to understand.
- It's rarely available, only a few days per quarter to actually see data.
- Interface is not welcoming.
- Less clicks/scrolling to get to needed information.
- Have links or guided clicks to get to information from graphs, etc.
- Wasted time checking it for commissions that are not there.
- It does take extra time to find a simple answer, a bonus.
Callidus was always updated, easy to use. The previous company also gave us actionable data or availability.
