Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Xactly Incent is used in calculating the compensation for bonuses & commissions at Hitachi Vantara. Currently, it is only limited to compensation calculations. It helps in maintaining a history of payments for bonuses and commissions. Xactly has been used by Hitachi for the last 5 years. All and all it's a good tool.

- It certainly has made life easier for business admins to calculate compensation.

We are using Analytics to monitor various performance reporting at different levels, which helps the organization make better decisions in terms of target settings for the future, etc. Also, it helps in terms of monitoring the payouts given per year, which is also very critical for the executive committee for planning, etc.
we do not use Xactly for forecasting as of now, but it certainly helps management in making crucial decisions on stuff like sales planning for coming years, setting quota and all for sales people by reviewing their performance and pay-outs. Also it gives insights on customer & product wise trending also.
We have integrated Salesforce and Oracle HR only with Xactly Incent. It is not at all easy to integrate with Xactly, which is one of the biggest cons.
Other departments, such as Sales Ops & Finance, are definitely using Xactly reports for their various analyses and decision-making. Our sales performance related decisions rely heavily on Xactly reports.
