Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Xactly Incent is used by the Sales Org for the reps to see their current commissions and compare to the data in Salesforce.
Our finance team manages the content in it and my SF Support team is who manages the package and it's integrations.
This setup helps reps adjust any opportunities that could be missing from the tool ahead of QE. I'd say we adjust a few opps each month because of a small data issue found during these comparisons.

Sales Ops will tweak comp rates based on this data and then update forecasting as well. This happens for internal teams, partners and can also be split out at the product type level as well. The data is looked at from both an Annual and Monthly Revenue point of view.
