Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Xactly Incent to calculate incentives for the sales staff, send compensation plans, and view attainment. The impersonation tool is very helpful in identifying issues from the end user, our old system did not have that. The scope of our teams use is every single day. Making updates and answering questions when they arise.

Xactly Data Insights

As this is our first year with the tool it is kind of hard to say. When we finish our first fiscal year I think we will have a much better idea on how its going to help from year to year in terms of benchmarking and improving visibility of data.

Compensation Management

We are using the Xactly Analytics tool for reporting which is really helpful. Having all the data in one place makes it much easier not to have to toggle between different systems. Data can be different between systems and with it all in once place it makes you much more confident about accuracy.

Xactly Integrations

Snowflake and Alteryx

Having Xactly and Snowflake integrated together has helped us clean our data before its presented to the end user to eliminate discrepancies. The Alteryx combination has also helped in a similar manner, helping us streamline and cleanse the data before the end user sees it. Helps eliminate confusion from the end user.

Adoption

The sales staff is using Xactly Incent to view their incentives and submit inquiries when questions or discrepancies arise. The detail of the data is also much better than our previous system which they appreciate. Finance is also using the data in Incent to project our incentive spend per month.

Xactly Incent is well suited for when issues arise from sales staff. The impersonation tool is extremely helpful to see what they are seeing in real time and helps in finding a quick solution instead of them having to share their screen. The incentive statements are also very helpful in breaking attainment down by specific month to look into discrepancies.
