Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
As a member of the Sales Compensation team I use Xactly Incent on a daily basis and it has done wonders for our team in terms of convenience and company reporting. We are a team of 5 and pay over 200 sales reps monthly on many different types of plans so having a system that can handle the bulk of the calculations makes it so we can use our time so much more efficiently.
- Calculating commission on different types of plans, including rate tables and kickers
- Providing detailed reports for the company to review for overall performance stats
- Allows sales reps to login and see their monthly commission in great detail
- There are a few tools or processes that could be more streamlined or user friendly
- Some of the commission reports could be a little easier for sales reps to read
- This has improved the time management and efficiency of the sales compensation team dramatically
The sales reporting helps us determine which reps are best suited for which plans. These reports also help upper management to see an overall view of our performance YTD and by month/rep.
Xactly Incent is helping by providing detailed reports with an array of different filtering and presentation options. This allows the higher level managers to see which regions, reps, countries, products and plans are working most efficiently within the company.
The reports pulled from Xactly Incent are used by the financial planning teams, sales and upper management to help determine the best quota, regions and sales plans for individuals based on their performance.
