Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Xactly Incent was rolled out to support an outside sales force to provide more visibility into commissions down to the product and order level.
- The visibility it has given our Reps has been outstanding and the ability to drill down into specific orders/products has been a welcome new addition.
- The Xactly Incent Acct Mgmt team has been very responsive as well as an advocate for us when we had issues arise.
- Implementation was not as smooth as it could of been in my experience.
- Support is somewhat lacking in my opinion (we are currently on basic support).
- Unknown ROI from an investment perspective since it would take more time to analyze.
We utilize all current comp trends to adjust commission structure as well as overall goal setting.
We also utilize Xactly Connect, but have not rolled out any additional platforms around sales planning or forecasting yet.
Easier automation and single sign on capability.
Our other departments like Finance and HR utilize the reporting aspects of Xactly to close out months/audit/performance manage.
Both great products, we chose Xactly due to overall cost to own and support capabilities.
