Overall Satisfaction with Xero

Xero Integrates with our POS system, Rostering system and bank accounts. By being connected to all parts of our busines, we get a great holistic view of everything that is happening within the business. Xero becomes the source of truth and we use it for our reporting and decision making.

Cost and ease of use.
The system is well laid out and everything is logically placed. Xero provides video tutorials also to assist in guiding you through the system.
We can access Xero wherever we are and can get data quickly if required, it works on all of our devices and provides a great experience regardless of what device it is being used on.

Xero is great for small and medium business as it is cost-effective, easy to setup, intgerates well with 3rd parties and scales as you grow. larger organisations that have more technical requirements may need a full ERP system and professional implementation, Xero does the basics well but may not be enough for larger companies.
