Overall Satisfaction with Xero

We have a practice and are Platinum Xero partners. 99% of our clients are on Xero. We use all functions on Xero for our clients.

Pros

  • Innovative.
  • We listen to the consumers through Xero Ideas.
  • Very user friendly.
  • Document management is on point.
  • Support is always helpful and respond within reasonable time.

Cons

  • Inventory in a since of catering to all valuations method.
  • Time saved in Reconciliations.
  • Automation in reporting.
There is always room for improvement, so it will never be a 10, but this is the best accounting software on the market in comparison to Quickbook and Sage.

I have a client integrated with SimplePay. Works perfectly.
Xero is far ahead in terms of innovations and cost looking at what you get out of Xero.

Xero is well suited for small to medium businesses, but it is less appropriate when a client needs to run an inventory system.
