Overall Satisfaction with Yotpo

Yotpo is mainly used by our Consumer Care Team, but will be integrated into a B2B site later this year.
  • Allows on-site communication between Customer Service and the consumer.
  • Allows for public product reviews and responses.
  • Decent reporting and customization display features.
  • We've recently experienced some issues with customers receiving review requests for products they have never purchased.
  • Ease of use in comparison to the built-in review systems I've used, which saves time.
  • Public customer interaction. We do Customer Care well, and this lets us show it.
The internal review features I've used sometimes don't allow a public direct response. We experienced glitches with Shopify's on a regular basis. Americommerce's internal review/correspondence management offered no reports, no "star rating" ability, and "went down" frequently.
They are quick to answer when we experience issues, but resolution times can vary. I've not been pleased with the resolution time frames. However, it is very rare we need to contact them.
