Overall Satisfaction with Yotpo
Yotpo is mainly used by our Consumer Care Team, but will be integrated into a B2B site later this year.
- Allows on-site communication between Customer Service and the consumer.
- Allows for public product reviews and responses.
- Decent reporting and customization display features.
- We've recently experienced some issues with customers receiving review requests for products they have never purchased.
- Ease of use in comparison to the built-in review systems I've used, which saves time.
- Public customer interaction. We do Customer Care well, and this lets us show it.
The internal review features I've used sometimes don't allow a public direct response. We experienced glitches with Shopify's on a regular basis. Americommerce's internal review/correspondence management offered no reports, no "star rating" ability, and "went down" frequently.
