We use Zapier to connect our cloud software and automate repetitive tasks. Our whole team uses it, and it makes it possible for our small team to handle a lot of different types of work.
Some of the most common things we do with Zapier include automated notifications to our company Slack for important notifications and new sales leads. We use it a lot to create tasks in Asana for reviewing new leads, partner applications, etc.

- Quick to get started, and there are plenty of examples to follow.
- Works with almost any program you use, either out of the box or via API.
- Filters and branching help build logic into automations.
- Finding and saving your Zaps can take some getting used to.
- Replaced much more expensive software alternatives.
- Gives team members more control over the details of their automations.
Zapier is by far the best of any services like that I've seen. I really do recommend it to every small business I know!
