Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
I use Ziflow to move our packaging and labels through the approval process across multiple teams in our company. I, or another designer, makes the label in Adobe Illustrator and then Ziflow is perfect for receiving feedback about the artwork. Not only can each person comment about specific parts of the artwork using Ziflow tools. This avoids confusing problems that I've had at other companies in the past and allows for specificity and streamlines the entire process.

Our team has been positively impacted by how easy it is to receive feedback on Ziflow. Because of the feature that allows multiple eyes and accounts to look at the same project, people that are not directly in the creative team has access to our projects to look over and approve where it is necessary. It is much better suited than programs like monday.com because of the specific features and software that Ziflow has.
Ziflow is highly collaborative for more than just our immediate creative team, as I previously mentioned. This helps greatly because it is different from the Adobe Creative suite in that it has user experience design and features that make sense to more than just the creative team. Because of Ziflow's highly collaborative design, an employee in Quality or Marketing can double-check the barcodes and nutrition panels after a designer makes them.

Ziflow is a great product specifically for my needs in packaging design. My creative director has taught all of the designers in the creative team how to use it because it is not something any of us were familiar with. For example, the Adobe Suite is a breadth of programs that designers are very familiar with because they are used in school. I appreciate the help with learning the Ziflow program because it can be hard to learn for some users.
