Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoho Analytics to track our open positions as well as our hiring data. Time to fill is measured very closely. Our operations team also uses it to track terminations and other data that our Ops team uses.

ADP Workforce Now, APS, Kronos Workforce Ready and iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite

Zoho Analytics helps us keep track of open positions, and we use it specifically for that in HR. It helps because it doesn't get lost in the other processes of programs like APS. I think since we switched over to ADP we could phase it out but Operations likes it and it's convenient so we will most likely keep using it.

We use Zoho Analytics to track a number of things in HR but it is used mostly for open positions and so operations can follow where we are in the hiring process. It works very well to keep them on the same page with HR.
