Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Assist
We use Zoho Assist as our central remote support platform. As we have thousands of users working from various locations, the ability to provide them with support in an agile manner is critical, and Zoho Assist enables us to do just that. No hassle, no waiting, no issues, it just works.
Pros

Cons
- Reporting for admins could be better.
- Alerting on concurrent usage could be better.
- UI could be modernized.
- It solved our Remote Support issue almost instantly.
- It didn't have a big impact in our budget.
- We don't need to provide internal support for the platform, as it just works.
We also evaluated Intune remote support offering and TeamViewer. Those two performed worse than Zoho Assist, despite being more expensive, and their multi-platform support didn't match Zoho Assist either. So choosing the latter was a no-brainer for us.
