Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Assist

We use Zoho Assist for both on demand computer support and unattended server access.

Pros

  • Remote desktop access
  • Remote reboots
  • On demand file transfers

Cons

  • On demand file transfers could be smoother. They are a little clunky.
  • Cleaner options for uninstalling client after on demand session.
  • Better progress insights when rebooting device remotely.
  • Definitely more affordable than some other options we have used in the past.
  • Price vs. Features is very reasonable.
  • Stability has improved a lot since we first started using it many years ago.
Very happy with Zoho Assist. A few of the features are a little clunky.
Price vs. Features and Performance we have found Zoho Assist to be the best.
