We use Zoho CRM to aggregate reporting data from our email platform as well as our website. This data is viewed daily by our teams in a single Dashboard. This information is vital to our business decisions. Zoho CRM has made this easy for us to deploy, edit, and view.

Sugar was great when we first got started. Zoho CRM allowed us to take things to the next level and get the support that we needed along with that transition. Zoho CRM's customization was mush easier to setup and use without having to rely on developers to create custom code to achieve our needs. Overall Zoho CRM grew and introduced new and much needed improvements and features to help our teams be more efficient.
