Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I am a photographer, so we are a small company. Normally I set the parameters and then my assistant is who checks and corrects the curse of the actions. Zoho Social is a great help for us. We use it to manage all my digital communication. I was posting a lot on Instagram but leaving a little bit unattended my Facebook and Twitter accounts, or reposting from Instagram. Now with Zoho Social, we can make different posts for each platform and measure them.
Pros
- Posting on different platforms.
- Schedule posts.
- Measure effectiveness.
Cons
- Maybe the price.
- Include tips during initial use.
- Multiple post pictures in a single post would be a great add.
- It gets me a lot more engagement with my followers.
I selected Zoho Social for two reasons. First it was a recommendation of someone I really trust. Second, because I found it very easy to use, and I love the information that it provides me. Also the trial time gave me a good opportunity to be sure about it, and I love it.
