Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is used generally in our organization. We have lots of social media accounts and managing them without a trustworthy tool
like Zoho is too difficult. I've been using Zoho's different components and products and I completely trust this company and know our social account won't be hacked or banned ever! So I suggest that everyone should use this platform.
  • Zoho is a big company and for our organization, trustworthiness is a key issue because we don't want to loose our social reputation even by accident!
  • Zoho provides features like scheduling posts for Instagram and that's very cool. I plan a roadmap at the beginning of the week, and I have all my posts scheduled well for whole the week.
  • You can have a really good analysis of all your social platforms with Zoho.
  • Zoho Social free provides limited tools, for example.
  • It helped us generate more leads.
While using other tools I won't know that my account is really safe or not. But with Zoho I just focus on my plans and don't worry about security!
I've searched a lot about social management and social marketing tools [in the past] because I didn't know Zoho had a social platform. As far as I found, Zoho has such a great platform, I stopped using others.
