Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is a complete game changer in terms of social media tools - publisher, schedule, SmartQ and unlimited scheduling on each of the plan makes it quite unique! Do check it out. It is currently being used to schedule the posts for the week ahead on social platforms - FB and Instagram mainly but Twitter is also used sometimes. The cost is less and in-built tools for scheduling are great. Plus it offers unlimited scheduling on all the plans even the cheap ones.

The calendar view makes it easy to visualize our weekly and monthly content plan.
For high-frequency creators like us, predictable scheduling is crucial, and Zoho Social provides that reliability.
Each tool had strengths, but Zoho Social stood out for its streamlined publishing workflow, cross-platform reliability, intuitive calendar, and overall stability. It’s the one I ultimately stuck with for daily multi-brand posting.

When a brand is a startup and has multiple social media profiles. Brand management is easy with this. Custom reports is also a good inclusion. The best feature of course is the unlimited scheduling and calendar view for easy access of your scheduled posts on the different social media platforms. It's great!
