Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Time-saving software that we use to keep our clients updated thru all the popular social media. It is so much nicer to have FB, Insta, GMB, Tweeter, LinkedIn all under one management program. Most of the features are intuitive, but there is a potential to expand for it. I'd wish to write to multiple GMB locations at the same time for example. For the price, it seems to be a really good choice for the small business as ours. I spend less time now posting to a various places, instead of copy/paste job from one platform to another to satisfy the search engine gods...

- it monitors the user reactions/response on a various platforms
- you can reply to reviews and posts from the software without going directly to a social media channel
- it can engage multiple users so team work is possible
- schedule when you want the post to be published - really useful.
- it would be great to have a possibility to post to a multiple GMB locations at the same time
- less time spent on social media posting.
- Zoho Mail and Zoho Books
it works well all together, the overall integration of Zoho products is good.
