Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Our team uses Zoho Social to post on multiple social media platforms simultaneously. It is simplifying our approach to digital media and our ability to track all social platforms we use in one place. The dashboard metrics have eliminated hours of work trying to decipher different analytics from multiple sources. It is now in one easy to use place!
- Integrated dashboard is easy to use and understand
- The ability to schedule multiple posts, to several locations and on different days is fantastic
- Reviewing old posts and using the metrics to create and make new informed posts, is a game changer
- The ability to modify the dashboard would be nice
- Channel overview is limited to the last 30 days. Flexibility in this are would be helpful
- The recent posts on the home page are listed vertically, an option to see them in list view might help.
- Increased work flow
- My time has been freed up a lot giving me more ability to handle other tasks
- I can release more content because the software keeps it simple
I like the simplicity of Zoho [Social]. The cost. And the ability to manage what I need when I need to.
