Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Our team uses Zoho Social to post on multiple social media platforms simultaneously. It is simplifying our approach to digital media and our ability to track all social platforms we use in one place. The dashboard metrics have eliminated hours of work trying to decipher different analytics from multiple sources. It is now in one easy to use place!
  • Integrated dashboard is easy to use and understand
  • The ability to schedule multiple posts, to several locations and on different days is fantastic
  • Reviewing old posts and using the metrics to create and make new informed posts, is a game changer
  • The ability to modify the dashboard would be nice
  • Channel overview is limited to the last 30 days. Flexibility in this are would be helpful
  • The recent posts on the home page are listed vertically, an option to see them in list view might help.
  • Increased work flow
  • My time has been freed up a lot giving me more ability to handle other tasks
  • I can release more content because the software keeps it simple
I like the simplicity of Zoho [Social]. The cost. And the ability to manage what I need when I need to.

I think that overall [Zoho Social] is amazing. However, I always believe there is room for improvement.
I haven't really had to interact with their support staff directly. However, I have received several emails with tips or tricks and even some offers to assist, should I need it!
If you are a small business looking for an affordable, easy to use software that combines several social media platforms, then this is for you. [Zoho Social] will allow you to free up time and increase the speed at which you analyze the success of any post on all platforms.
