We're currently using Zoho Social to aid in social media planning and automation.The analytics and reporting are robust and have absolutely filled a void that was missing within our marketing department. Automating our marketing campaigns through Zoho Social has really allowed us to be more efficient in maintaining cohesive brand identity across multiple networks. Because of this we've seen an increase in engagement and exposure given the consistency and timeliness of posts.
